How to make delicious Rajma?

Rajma Recipe

Soak 250 grams of Rajma in 300 ml liters of water at night. In the morning, boil them in 700 ml water for 20 minutes. Now in a pan, fry 100 grams of onion in 50 grams of edible oil till it turns brown, add 150 grams of tomato cut into it, now add 25 grams of Grahshri Rajma Masala and keep it stirring for 10 minutes. Delicious Rajma is ready, serve with garnished with coriander leaves. Note: You can increase or decrease the spices according to your taste. For delicious Rajma, please do not use any other spices along with Grahshri Rajma masala.

रात को 250 ग्राम राजमा 300 मिली लीटर पानी में भिगोएँ। सुबह इन्हे 700 मिली लीटर पानी में 20 मिनट तक उबालें. अब एक कढाई में 50 ग्राम खाद्य तेल में 100 ग्राम प्याज भूरा होने तक भूने, इसमें 150 ग्राम टमाटर काटकर मिलाएँ, अब इसमें 25 ग्राम ग्रहश्री राजमा मसाला डाले तथा इसे 10 मिनट तक चलाते रहें. स्वादिष्ट राजमा तैयार है, हरा धनिया पत्ती से सजाकर परोसे.

नोट: आप अपने स्वादानुसार मसाला कम या ज्यादा कर सकते हैं
स्वादिष्ट राजमा के लिए, कृपया ग्रहश्री राजमा मसाले के साथ किसी अन्य मसाले का प्रयोग न करें.
