Grahshri Chana masala, also known as chole masala, Chole is a dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. The main ingredient is chickpea called chana.


How to make delicious Chole?

Chole Receipe Soak 200 grams of white chickpeas in water at night. Boil them in the morning, add tomatoes and 2 teaspoons of Grahshri chana masala in a pan and let it cook for 10 minutes. Now add green coriander and serve it with hot bhatura. Note: You can also use black gooseberry or tea leaf to darken the chickpeas. For tasty chickpeas, please do not use any other spices along with Grahshri Chana masala.

चना मसाला

रात को 200 ग्राम सफेद छोले पानी में भिगोएँ। सुबह इन्हे उबालकर, एक पैन में टमाटर और 2 चम्मच चना मसाला डालें और 10 मिनट तक पकने दें. अब इसमें हरा धनिया डालें और गरमा गरम भटूरे के साथ सर्व करें.

नोट: आप छोले को काला करने के लिए काला आंवला या चाय की पत्ती का उपयोग भी कर सकते हैं.
स्वादिष्ट छोले के लिए, कृपया ग्रहश्री चना मसाले के साथ किसी अन्य मसाले का प्रयोग न करें.
